Stolkie (KvK 85675733) is responsible for processing your personal data as described here, in line with the GDPR (AVG).

What we collect and why

Name, email address and order details, to deliver your order and for our bookkeeping (legal obligation, 7-year retention). Payment data is processed by Mollie B.V.; we only receive the payment status and limited card information (such as card brand and last four digits).

Cookies

We use one strictly necessary cookie (mollie_pid, 1 hour) to show you the status of your payment. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.

Sharing

We share data only with Mollie (payments) and our hosting provider Netlify, under data processing agreements. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@stolkie.nl. You may also file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
