1. Who we are

These terms apply to all purchases from Stolkie, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 85675733.

2. Products and prices

Each product page describes what you receive. All prices are in euro (EUR) and include 21% Dutch VAT. There are no shipping costs: all products are delivered digitally or online.

3. Payment terms

Payment is made in full at the time of ordering, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), processed by our payment provider Mollie B.V. Your order is confirmed once the payment is successful. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Delivery

Vouchers are emailed within 1 working day of payment. Consultations are scheduled by email within 2 working days of payment and take place online.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a consultation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time and receive a full refund. Under Dutch consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for services; if you ask us to start a consultation within that period, you owe a proportional amount for the part already delivered. Unused vouchers can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are made to the original card within 14 days of your request. To cancel or request a refund, email hello@stolkie.nl.

6. Complaints

Send complaints to hello@stolkie.nl. We respond within 14 days. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

7. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms.
